Dionnah "Lo-Jolie" Moore 

Dionnah Moore, Lo’ Jolie, is a hip hop and heels choreographer from Upper Marlboro, Maryland. Lo’ started training in various styles of dance since the age of 5 to include ballet, modern, pointe, Hip-Hop, jazz, and African dance.

 

She was selected to be a Principal dancer in Diva Works Dance Company under the direction of Monica Harris out of Bladensburg, Maryland. She immediately developed a passion for dance and went on to expand her training with Duke Ellington School of the Arts and the Washington School of Ballet. She got accepted into the United States Naval Academy and there became the Captain of the Dance Team. She then formed her own dance team called “Afrobeat” and performed at various annual events around the yard. During her time in serving as a Naval Officer, she still found time to pursue her passion for dance. She began teaching classes “Vibe in Heels” on her own in Hyattsville, Maryland centered around heels technique.

 

She is now an instructor in Virginia Beach and continues to expand her business and teach classes in the 757 area.
