Job Details:

Experienced professional to teach majorette dance techniques to mini, junior, and senior students ranging from age 5 to 18. 

 

Provide team with the opportunity to develop and increase skills in majorette dance as well as promoting good sportsmanship, character, competitiveness, responsibility, leadership, and self-discipline.

Conduct yearly auditions to recruit new and returning membership to the Tantalizing Gems team.

​

Use creative techniques to choreograph routines for parades, stand battles, creative competitions, recitals, and individual categories at majorette battle competitions.

​

Coordinate costuming and props with parents and students as well as dance school business office.

​

Be able to communicate effectively with students and parents to provide accurate information for ongoing events and other team initiatives.

​

Maintain good communication and coordination with dance school director, owner, and business advisor. 

​

All other duties of coaching will be discuss upon offer of position.
